What Zyro does

Everything you need.
Nothing we keep.

One account, one wallet, one support team. Book a ride to work, get dinner delivered, send a parcel across town, pick up a shift, or sort your car cover — without installing nine apps.

Rides

Point-to-point trips with upfront pricing, verified drivers and a share-my-trip link for whoever's waiting up.

Upfront fare

Food delivery

Local restaurants and takeaway, with a commission low enough that venues don't have to raise their menu prices.

Local venues

Gig jobs

Same-week shifts in warehousing, hospitality, events and retail. See the pay rate before you accept, get paid after you finish.

Pay shown upfront

Parcel delivery

Send something across the suburb in an hour or across the state overnight. Photo proof of delivery on every drop.

Same day

Shop for me

Send a list — groceries, chemist, hardware. Your shopper messages you from the aisle if something's out of stock.

Live swaps

Marketplace pickup

Bought a couch online and can't fit it in the hatchback? Book a van and a second pair of hands for the collection.

Two-person option

Car cover & roadside

Compare insurance from Australian insurers and call roadside help from the same screen. We're the assistant, not the insurer.

Broker partners

Car rental

Hourly, daily or weekend hire from local operators. Licence checked once, then keys by app.

Local fleets

Daycare

Find vacancies at accredited centres near you, book casual days, and keep enrolment paperwork in one place.

Accredited only

How the privacy works

The app learns.
We don't watch.

Most apps improve by shipping your history to a server. Zyro uses federated learning: the model trains on your phone, and only an encrypted mathematical update is sent back — aggregated with thousands of others before anyone can read it.

It's the same technique we research at Charles Sturt University, applied to a real app instead of a paper.

  • Your trip history and the places you go often
  • What you order, browse and search for
  • The behaviour model that personalises your app
  • Contacts, photos and files — we never ask for them
Your devices Encrypted updates Aggregated shared model No raw data is stored centrally

Train locally → send maths, not records → everyone's app gets better

What it costs

Low cost isn't a promotion.
It's the business model.

Zyro is Australian-owned, so there's no offshore parent taking a margin out of every fare. We run one platform across nine services instead of nine platforms, and we pass the difference on.

12%

Target platform fee

Our launch target on rides and deliveries — set to sit well under the standard rates charged by the global apps, and published openly on every invoice.

$0

Sign-up and monthly fees

Free for riders, eaters and workers. Venues and fleets pay only when a job actually completes — no listing fee, no lock-in contract.

1

Account for everything

One wallet, one receipt history, one support queue across all nine services. Business users get a single monthly tax invoice.

Drive, deliver, work

Keep more of what you earn.

One approval gets you access to every job type on Zyro. Drive in the morning, deliver at lunch, take a warehouse shift on Saturday — from the same login, with one tax summary at the end of the year.

01
See the fare before you accept

Distance, destination and your actual take-home, shown on the offer screen. No accepting blind.

02
Cash out the same day

Transfer your balance whenever you like, at no charge. Weekly automatic payouts if you'd rather not think about it.

03
Your ratings can't be weaponised

Customer-cancelled jobs and app faults don't touch your score, and you can contest any rating with a human.

04
Your movements aren't a product

Location tracking runs while you're on a job and stops when you go offline. We don't sell driver movement data — to anyone.

Getting started

Three screens, then you're going.

Set up once

Verify your mobile, add a payment method, and you're done. We ask for a name and a number — not your date of birth, your contacts or your photo library.

Pick a service

Choose from the nine tiles on your home screen. Every service quotes a price before you confirm, and you can compare options side by side.

Track it to the door

Live status, direct chat with your driver or shopper, and a receipt in your history. Help is one tap away and answered in Australia.

Where we launch

Tasmania first.
Then the mainland.

We'd rather work properly in one city than badly in ten. Each stage opens when we have enough drivers, venues and support cover to keep waits short.

Stage 1 · NowHobart

Closed pilot for rides, food and parcels with a founding group of drivers and venues.

Stage 2Launceston & Devonport

Public launch across Tasmania, adding gig jobs and shop for me.

Stage 3Melbourne & Adelaide

First mainland cities, with car rental and marketplace pickup switched on.

Stage 4Sydney, Brisbane, Perth

Full nine-service rollout, including car cover and daycare bookings.

Questions

The things people ask first.

No — it's a specific technique with a specific consequence. Training happens on your device, and what leaves is a set of encrypted model weights that are averaged with many other users' before anyone can inspect them. We publish which models are trained this way and what they're used for. Where a service genuinely needs to send data to a server, we say so plainly rather than hiding it behind the word "privacy".

Account, payment and order records are held on Australian infrastructure and handled under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Zyro does not sell personal information, and we don't share it with advertising networks.

No. Zyro is an assistance and comparison service. Policies are issued by licensed Australian insurers and arranged through authorised brokers; roadside assistance is provided by our partner network. You'll always see who is behind a product before you buy it.

Three reasons: profits stay in Australia rather than servicing an offshore parent, nine services run on one platform and one support team instead of nine, and on-device learning means we spend far less on storing and processing personal data. That's a structural cost advantage, not a discount that expires.

Yes. One background check and one onboarding covers rides, deliveries, shopping and gig shifts, subject to holding the right licence or accreditation for each. Add a category any time from your profile.

The Hobart pilot is running now with a limited group. Join the early access list and we'll email you when Zyro opens in your city — one email, not a campaign.
